Our comprehensive 3-day First Aid at Work course provides in-depth training to equip learners with the skills and confidence to handle a wide range of workplace emergencies.

What You Will Learn:

  • Role and responsibilities of a first aider

  • Assessing an incident (DRABC)

  • CPR and use of a defibrillator (AED)

  • Recovery position and unconscious casualty care

  • Choking treatment

  • Severe bleeding and shock management

  • Burns and scalds

  • Fractures, sprains and spinal injuries

  • Head injuries

  • Heart attack and stroke (FAST)

  • Asthma, diabetes and seizures

  • Allergic reactions and anaphylaxis

  • Minor injuries (cuts, splinters, eye injuries)
